As a beginner and never had been to a yoga class before Lara was so welcoming & kind. She accommodates for all genders, ages, shapes and sizes. Her beginner course is the best introduction into the yoga world. Couldn't recommend Lara and her classes more, I always leave feeling in such a good mood.
