Yoga for Every Body is about finding a practice of yoga that works for your body. In this 8 week course you will learn some of the more common yoga poses. With each pose taught you will be shown a variety options so you can find an expression of the pose that works best in your body. As well as learning the yoga poses you will be introduced to meditation and breathing techniques. Classes are kept small to create a safe, supportive space to learn in. They are run at a nice slow pace, giving you time to really get into and feel each position. Upon completion you will be ready to join the Hatha for Every Body Yoga classes run in the studio. Reconnect to yourself through breathe work, meditation and the practice of yoga.
No refunds or extensions given. Group class and One-on-One sessions - any cancellations that occur more than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be re-booked at no additional cost. Cancellations that occur within 24 hours will non-refundable Pass holders that fail to cancel with required notice will have a class deducted from their pass. Beginners Yoga Course - cancellations less than 14 days prior to the course start date your booking deposit will be retained and any additional funds refunded. Once the course has commenced no refund is available.
