Yoga for Every Body in Coffs Harbour

Yoga lets us move our body and feel good. My passion is to bring yoga to every body.  The flexible body, the inflexible body, the curvy body, the tall body, the short body, every body type. 

Classes are kept fun, small and interactive.  There is laughter, questions and lots of variations of poses allowing free movement for every body shape.

Yoga helps your body feel better, helps calm your mind and helps you to reconnect with yourself.

So just bend, just be...Just Breathe
